Ceilings are all in chestnut and all wooden doors, windows, shutters, door surrounds are in oak. Windows are double glazed and window sills internal and external are in grey marble. All floors are in handmade Santa Caterina tiles.


The property also benefits from a double water filtration system. One set of filters are located by the wells, the second filtration system is in the pump room below the cisterna which also houses the house pump, pressure system for guaranteed water pressure and main pump for the three zone fully automatic irrigation system.
