Property with approximately 70Ha located 20Km from Loulé in the Algarve.

The winery is equipped with state-of-the-art wine industry equipment, and it is extremely well conceived. Currently this building is being licensed under the DL 165/2014 of November the 05th with basis on the wine industry. The public institutions in charge - CML, CCDR, the APA/ARH and ICNF – have given their assent to the amendment of the PDM (Municipal Masterplan) that will facilitate the licensing process (05 December 2016 decision). On May 26,2017, the Municipality of Loulé (CML) promulgated the amendment of the PDM to comply with RERAE rules. Bicpina Turismo Lda. - the company that owns the winery and its buildings – figures on the chart related to the economic activities included in RERAE, whose location will be object of change in the PDM.
This building includes a swimming pool where you can practise static rowing, and a quarter court tennis.
3. The gourmet restaurant will serve as a tasting room, and is appropriate for catering services and private events. There, you will find a snooker table from the 1988 World Championship of Belfry. This beautiful building is not yet 100% done, as at the time the owners lawyers and architects have instructed him not to pursue with the construction works until the projects were approved.
The property has 5 boreholes with plenty of water, and two small ponds / dams. The owner had great ideas for this magnificent property and, when fully operational, it will surely generate a great source of income for any potential buyer. Its modest price is due to the fact that it is not completely licensed yet, although this process is totally ensured at this point in time. Once licensed, the price will triple.
